Ages 10-17 Amadeo Bachar is a native Californian and a devout surfer, fisherman and diver. He is dedicated to the lifestyle that we all love and creates art that depicts that passion. He works with companies like Igloo ad Salty Crew to create incredible drawings of fish. For this liv Surf Science class, Amadeo will teach each f us how o draw some of his favorite fish. About Amadeo: Born in Waddell Valley north of Santa Cruz, a self proclaimed native of California, Amadeo began painting and drawing as a child. His passion for scientific illustration and the marine environment can be traced back to an old dusty copy of Audubon’s birds that sat by the fireplace as well as  a rich family tradition of fishing and coastal gathering that has surrounded him his whole life.
