Using skateboard manufacturer and Create-A-Skate founder Paul “Professor” Schmitt’s wheelbase sizing approach, a 13.5" wheelbase is generally a good starting point for riders approximately 4'10" to 5'2" tall.
Wheelbase is the distance between the front and rear truck mounting points, and it plays an important role in how naturally a skateboard fits a rider’s stance and center of gravity.
For smaller skaters, a proportionately shorter wheelbase can make it easier to:

The 7.5" deck and 13.5" wheelbase create a compact setup that is easier for smaller riders to control, while the 52mm 95A wheels provide a slightly more forgiving ride than harder 99A–101A street wheels.
The 92A SHR bushings also help keep the trucks responsive, which can be especially useful for lighter riders who may struggle to turn stiffer adult setups.
