About the Event
Join us for an exciting field trip to Manatee Lagoon in Riviera Beach.
Students in 6th grade and up are invited to explore Manatee Lagoon and dive into the world of microplastics. You’ll get to work as real scientists, investigating microplastics in the Lake Worth Lagoon water system and learning how these tiny particles impact our environment. 🌍
After our lab session, we’ll head out to discover more about our local manatees and their habitat. It’s a unique opportunity to combine hands-on science with an up-close look at these gentle giants of Florida’s waterways. 🦭
Don’t miss out on this chance to learn, explore, and make a difference! Spots are limited, so sign up now and be part of this amazing experience. 🔍
